Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Jet Air Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a California-licensed HVAC contractor (License C-20). By requesting services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide residential and commercial HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services in Glendora and surrounding areas. All work is performed by licensed technicians in accordance with California state and local building codes.
3. Estimates & Quotes
Free estimates are provided for standard residential installations. Commercial estimates may require a site visit fee, which will be disclosed upfront. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
We strive to honor all scheduled appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.
5. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and vary by brand and model. We pass through all manufacturer warranties to the homeowner. Workmanship warranty is provided for 1 year from the date of installation on labor performed by Jet Air Solutions LLC.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless financing has been arranged. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options are available through approved third-party lenders and are subject to credit approval.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from equipment failure, delays, or other service-related issues.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
